Ingredients: ghost peppers, habanero peppers, red savina peppers, red wine vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, soy sauce, carrot, ginger, water, salt, spices, xanthan gum

Extremely Hot sauce that tastes very good. The heat comes in immediately yet still builds. This is not a sauce for the faint at heat so proceed with caution.
The point is, this sauce tastes good where some other vendors are simply trying to show off Hot like a popular one that has a nuke on its label.
Caution….do NOT put your fingers near your eyes. Eyes will water. You will sweat. Don’t touch eyes…..ask me how i know.
I am even more excited that it is local Canadian product done by a small business. Usually artisan demands high price. Well done Riverside.
